Contacts & Speed Dial
Manage CloudPLAY Talk contacts and speed-dial short codes in the portal.
Use Contacts for your directory and Speed Dial for short codes to frequent numbers. Open Applications → Contacts or Applications → Speed Dial.
Phone tip: *0 + extension may dial a speed-dial style target when your dialplan supports it — see Feature codes.
Contacts list
Toggle All Contacts / Speed Dial on the contacts page when both modes are available.

Toolbar actions (when permitted): Create, Delete, Upload vCard, Upload CSV, Export CSV, Export vCard, templates for import.
Create or edit a contact
Contacts use tabs. Save each section you change.

Emails, addresses, notes, URLs
Add email addresses, postal addresses, free-form notes, and web links as needed. Mark one email/address as Primary.

Speed Dial
Open Speed Dial (or Contacts → Speed Dial mode).
Create a speed dial

Using speed dials
- Dial the assigned code from your phone (per IT instructions).
- Use programmed BLF / speed keys on desk phones.
- Softphone may show favourites separately — see Softphone.
