Feature Codes

Star codes for transfer, DND, park, voicemail, forwarding, and more on CloudPLAY Talk.

These * codes work from your registered desk phone or Softphone. Exact availability can vary by organisation — if a code does nothing, ask IT for your company sheet.

Prefer unused codes only if IT creates custom ones for you.

Tips

  • Learn the handful you use daily: transfer, park, DND, voicemail.
  • Reception often needs park + transfer; agents need queue login codes from IT (separate from this list).
  • Day/night toggles may use a Call Flow feature code printed for reception — not always in this table.
