Recorder
Find, play, and analyse CloudPLAY Talk call recordings.
Recorder is where authorised users play back recorded calls. Open Applications → Recorder or the dashboard tile.
Recording policy
Recordings may be used for quality, training, or compliance. Do not share or download outside company policy. Inform callers when your jurisdiction requires consent.

You may also reach recordings from Call history via the Rec column.
Recorder Analytics
Similar to Call History Analytics, focused on recorded calls:
- Totals and averages
- Transcription / summary status
- Charts and optional AI executive summary
- Update Report, Generate Summary, Export CSV, Back to Recorder
Start a recording from the phone
During a live call, dial *2 (if permitted) or use a Record soft key. See Feature codes.
Access limits
- Many users only see their own recordings.
- Supervisors may see team or queue recordings.
- If the menu is missing, ask IT — recording may be disabled for your role.
