CloudPLAY Softphone puts your work extension on your phone, tablet, or computer. Make and receive business calls over Wi‑Fi or mobile data, message colleagues, and stay reachable when you are away from your desk.

Quick start (mobile)

1. Download CloudPLAY Softphone from the App Store or Google Play (or use the link in your deployment email).
2. Open the app and sign in with Login with QR code or Login with Username.
3. Scan your QR code or enter your credentials.
4. Allow microphone, notifications, and contacts when prompted.

Desktop guides (Windows & macOS)

Quick start (desktop)

1. Install CloudPLAY Softphone from the package or link your IT team provides.
2. Open the app and sign in with your username and password.
3. Allow microphone (and camera for video) when prompted.
4. Confirm Softphone shows as registered / ready before placing calls.

Before you start

• Install only from sources your IT team approves.
• Keep the app signed in to receive calls — avoid force-closing it if you need to be reachable.
• Calls on mobile data may use your data plan.
• Use a headset in open offices to reduce echo.
