CloudPLAY Softphone puts your work extension on your phone, tablet, or computer. Use it for business calls and messages when you are away from your desk phone.
Install the app
Your IT team will tell you where to download the app — company portal, App Store, Google Play, or a desktop installer. Only install from sources your organisation approves.
What you can do
- Make and receive work calls over Wi‑Fi or mobile data
- See who is available (presence)
- Chat with colleagues (if enabled)
- Start video calls (if enabled)
- Access voicemail and call history

- Using the app — sign in, call, message, and fix common issues
Important
- Calls may use your mobile data plan when not on Wi‑Fi.
- Keep the app signed in to receive calls — do not force-close it if you need to be reachable.
- Use a headset in open offices to reduce echo.
