Call Block
Block or divert unwanted callers in the CloudPLAY Talk user portal.
Call Block lets you reject, busy-out, or send matching callers to voicemail. Open Applications → Call Block.
Create a rule
- Click Create.
- Fill in the rule fields below.
- Turn Enabled on and Save.
- Test with a known number when safe to do so.
Rule parameters

| Caller ID Name | Match on name (optional) |
| Country Code | Match country code (optional) |

| Voicemail | Mailbox to use when Action is Voicemail |
| Enabled | Rule active |
| Description | Why this rule exists |
Match using name, number, or both — at least one useful match field should be set.

From Call history you may also see Block Caller / Block Destination shortcuts that prefill a rule.
Tips
- Prefer Voicemail over hard reject when you still want a message trail.
- Scope to your extension unless you are authorised to block for everyone.
- Document the reason in Description so colleagues understand the rule later.
