User guide for joining and hosting video meetings in your browser.

CloudPLAY Meet runs in your web browser — no download required for most guests.

Join a meeting

  1. Click the meeting link in your calendar invite or email.
  2. Enter your name if you are a guest.
  3. Allow camera and microphone when the browser asks.
  4. Wait in the lobby if the host must admit you.

Use Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for the best experience.

Host a meeting

If you create meetings for your team:

  1. Open your organisation's Meet page or calendar integration.
  2. Create a room or schedule a meeting.
  3. Share the link with participants.
  4. Admit guests from the lobby when they arrive.

Tips for better meetings

  • Join 2–3 minutes early to test audio.
  • Use headphones to prevent echo.
  • Mute when not speaking in large calls.
  • Blur or check your background for client-facing calls.
