How to sign in to CloudPLAY products and fix common login issues.
Your organisation will provide the web address or app you need to sign in. This is usually sent by email when your account is created.
Web products (ERP, portals, dashboards)
- Open the link your IT team gave you (bookmark it for next time).
- Enter your work email or username and password.
- Complete multi-factor authentication if prompted — often a code from your phone or authenticator app.
Some organisations use single sign-on (SSO). In that case you may be redirected to your company login page (Microsoft, Google, etc.) before returning to CloudPLAY.
Softphone and mobile apps
- Install CloudPLAY Softphone from the link or app store your IT team recommends.
- Open the app and sign in with the same work credentials.
- Allow microphone access when asked — you need this for calls.
Video meetings (Meet)
You usually do not need an account to join a meeting. Click the link in your calendar invite or email. You may be asked to enter your name and allow camera/microphone access.
Hosts who create rooms sign in through the Meet page your organisation uses.
First-time password
If you received a temporary password, sign in and change it when prompted. Choose a strong password you do not use elsewhere.
Forgot your password? Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page, or contact your internal IT team if passwords are managed by your company.
Common problems
| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
| "Invalid login" | Check caps lock, try password reset, confirm your account is active |
| SSO keeps looping | Try a private/incognito window; contact IT if it persists |
| "You don't have access" | Your manager or IT must assign the right role |
| App won't register for calls | Check Wi‑Fi or mobile data; confirm IT has enabled your extension |
| Meeting won't open | Try Chrome or Safari; allow camera/mic in browser settings |
